Resource Details

The assessment grid encompasses English NC Speaking and Listening descriptors allowing for assessment of students in Drama at Key Stage 3 (and in Primary School). The levels move from 1 through to Exceptional. This allows teachers to both assess students' ability in Drama but also takes account of English S&L Curriculum Levels. An Easy Speak version for students is also included, explaining to students what needs to be done to achieve levels. They can be easily printed, blown up to A3 and displayed in teaching spaces and/or printed out for students to keep in their books. Each level has 5 descriptors - 2 for Process, 2 for Performance and 1 for Evaluation. For a sample click here.
