Author Details Chris Rowley graduated in Drama in 1992 and completed his Drama in Education PGCE at U.C.E. in Birmingham in 1994. Since then he has been a Head of Department at three secondary schools and at present is Curriculum Team leader at The King’s C.E. School in Wolverhampton where, in both 2008 and 2009, the department achieved 100% A*- Cs at GCSE and 100% at AS & A2. Chris has written numerous schemes and resources for all Key Stages and has developed assessment systems and policies. He has also written and directed many plays for examination performances, special events, national conferences, primary liaison projects and for productions at professional venues. Prior to hearing his calling for teaching Chris was co-founder of The Lost Theatre Company. Here he performed, co-wrote two plays and composed and produced the original music for the company.
