Resource Description

This is a user-friendly resource which gives a step by step guide to sourcing free sound effects, putting them into PowerPoint and creating a palette from which you, or students, can provide sounds on demand, in any order, for any piece of Drama. The second part shows you how to run a whole show with music and/or effects and how to make it portable. You get a guide to print out, with screenshots of what your computer should be showing you, plus an effects PowerPoint in which the techniques have been used to create sound palettes. We even tell you how to convert files from one format to another (e.g. WAV to MP3). Every teacher should know these techniques, not just Drama teachers!
